Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• High School Degree is required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely processing of acquisitions for market readiness.
• Act as a representative during the settlement process.
• Review contracts and ensure proper CRM entry.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
• Assist with property marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with construction for project completion.
• Support company expansion into new markets.

Conocimientos

Experience in the settlement/title industry

Communication skills

Educación
