Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach software development teams in the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and visible to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify impediments, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery of sprints and releases.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their processes.
• Manage communication between the development team, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the delivered software.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap for software development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on Agile software development.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing software development lifecycles and releases.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
