Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, 3+ years in Agile software development.
• CSM or PSM certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach software development teams in Agile adoption (Scrum/Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
