• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis.
• Background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
• Direct experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
