BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to serve as the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating problems into concrete solutions such as role definitions and proposals. You will work with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate value and shape delivery strategies for software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality domains.
You will engage in technical discussions, collaborate on proposals, and help define optimal teams and project estimates.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience building software with teams in the SDLC.
- 3+ years in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
- Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
- Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
- Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team, translating requirements into documents and articulating the value proposition.
- Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert.
- Engage in technical conversations to determine ideal solutions and team compositions for clients.
- Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations.
- Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
