Job summary

Passport Global is hiring a Pricing Analyst to own cost analysis and routing execution for its international delivery network. You will analyze shipment data, carrier rates, and routing options, quantify cost and transit-time impacts, and translate decisions into routing rules and rate tables.

You’ll work with Operations, Product, and Engineering to implement changes. This is an analysis-heavy role focused on cost and rate work; you’ll report to the Senior Director, Commercial, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with transportation, parcel, or logistics cost analysis.
• Advanced Excel modeling for large shipment data and lookups.
• Understanding of carrier cost structures and routing impact on cost and transit time.
• High accuracy with rate tables and routing rules; test edge cases before launch.
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams to validate changes.
• Clear communicator of cost drivers, risks, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipment and routing performance by country, carrier, service, zone, weight, cost, transit time, and surcharges.
• Validate carrier and vendor rate cards and flag cost changes.
• Compare routing options and quantify expected cost, transit-time, service, and operational impact.
• Update pricing models and support pricing requests using Passport's Rates Management System and pricing templates.
• Own routing implementation: convert decisions into routing rules and rate tables, test outputs, and resolve gaps before go-live.
• Monitor results after routing changes and investigate unexpected cost or service outcomes.
• Document routing logic, controls, and recurring workflows for repeatability.
