Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for Urgent Care clients. You own paid media strategy, budgets, and roadmaps for multiple urgent care accounts, communicating the narrative of performance to clients on calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure robust tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, and collaborate with US-based clients in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts at an agency.
• Excellent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
