Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for urgent care clients: targeting, budgets, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls.

You will guide campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads to drive ROAS and growth for multi-location brands, coordinating testing, optimization and reporting on client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline figures.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
