Kohler Co. is seeking a Delivery Leadership & Execution leader to drive platform initiatives from planning through release in a fully remote role.

You will coordinate across multiple agile teams supporting digital platforms, lead sprint and release planning, and proactively address risks and impediments to ensure on-time delivery. The role partners with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and technical leaders to improve backlog flow, governance, and delivery predictability, while focusing on

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years leading delivery across multiple agile teams.
• Experience with digital products or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with delivery management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of platform initiatives from planning through release.
• Coordinate cross-team work and manage sprint and release planning.
• Monitor delivery progress and address risks and dependencies.
• Ensure visibility into milestones, commitments, and outcomes.
• Drive Scrum/Kanban/Lean practices and cross-team coordination.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineers to optimize backlog flow.
• Support governance, intake, and prioritization processes.
• Ensure release readiness and operational stability.
