Prolific is seeking a Participant Recruitment Partner to drive high-volume recruiting for expert participants and support AI delivery teams with recruitment operations. You will optimise sourcing funnels, verify domain experts, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet ambitious project goals.

This role seeks a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can onboard and engage top talent across international projects, within a 3-month FTC with potential extension.

Formación

• Proven track record in recruitment excellence.
• Background in executing high-volume sourcing strategies.
• Highly data-driven with analytics to measure impact.

Responsabilidades

• Drive identification, attraction and engagement of top-tier specialist participants.
• Partner with client AI delivery teams; be the primary recruitment contact for operations.
• Deliver exceptional results on bespoke client projects and meet goals.
• Maintain and elevate quality, diversity and readiness of participant pools.
• Design and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers.
• Refine recruitment, onboarding and activation funnels using data-driven insights.
• Monitor candidate engagement and metrics; translate insights into improvements.
