Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast‑growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist operating on a fully remote, B2B contract basis. You will recruit internationally across functions with a heavy tech focus, shaping recruitment as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

You will own the candidate journey, engage top talent and lead interviews while collaborating with the CEO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal‑oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high‑trust environment
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide, including non-active candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and use AI agents and niche communities to find talent.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally to meet future hiring needs.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content to position the company as an AI talent destination
