The role emphasizes autonomy, learning, and performance-driven collaboration within a distributed team across NA, LATAM, and Europe, with a CDMX-based, remote workplace.

Qualifications

• Based in CDMX and eligible to work in Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand goals.
• SEO best practices and keyword placement knowledge.
• Strong HTML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-platform content strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
• Own development of Content Briefs and topic ideas for article production.
• Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
• Maintain a content marketing calendar and ensure team alignment.
• Copy optimization for SEO while keeping content entertaining and informative.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and benchmark against competitors.
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to create web content and monitor effectiveness.
