Mondelēz Mexico is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics specialist to manage the full order-to-ship cycle from order entry to delivery across the nation. You will monitor KPIs, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and drive sales.

The role requires 1–2 years in orders management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and SAP. A Bachelor’s degree in International Business or Logistics is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business or Logistics.
• 1–2 years of experience in handling orders, customer service, logistics or related areas.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Excel and SAP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full order-to-ship cycle at national level and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs and perform root-cause analysis to drive improvement.
• Escalate and resolve order-related incidents (shortages, rejections, delays).
• Generate periodic status reports using Excel and SAP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers to optimize service and availability.
