Job summary

Tidal is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to own daily procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing DTC wellness brand. You will coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and packaging partners, and take over Claude-powered backend workflows to support operations.

In this remote, independent contractor role, you will maintain accuracy across Shopify settings, manage shipments and costs, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery while holding vendors accountable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in operations, procurement, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in eCommerce/consumer goods.
• Experience managing suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs independently.
• Strong inventory and replenishment skills aligned with demand and promotions.
• Hands-on Shopify experience affecting checkout, subscriptions, or fulfillment.
• Proficient in Claude and able to integrate Claude into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supplier execution from PO to 3PL receipt, ensuring quantities and lead times.
• Hold vendors accountable by pushing for deadlines and corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory availability and coordinate replenishment around launches.
• Manage logistics, 3PL performance, and freight documentation.
• Ensure Shopify configurations and Claude workflows operate reliably.
• Track performance, costs, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
