YASH Technologies seeks an OCM Consultant to support change management initiatives in Mexicali with onsite and travel as needed.

You will coordinate on-site OCM activities, engage stakeholders, and translate materials from English to Spanish while maintaining clear communications.

The role requires experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA, plus strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Location: Mexicali ( ONSITE / REMOTE / On Need Basis Travel )

OCM Consultant in Mexico -

• Consultant or Sr. Consultant level (Years of Experience – Less than 10 years (+/- 1or2 years))
• Experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA
• Understanding of manufacturing operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Key responsibilities:
