Partner Company in Mexico is seeking a Remote Fund Operations Manager to own NAV production, fund accounting, and investor operations within a lean, high-accountability investment environment.

You will collaborate with the Head of Operations, progressively assuming end-to-end ownership of core workflows, while coordinating with investors and cross-functional teams during US Eastern business hours.

Formación

• 4+ years in fund operations or related back-office.
• Hands-on NAV production for at least one fund.
• Strong fund accounting and month-end close experience.
• Experience with investor operations and subscriptions/redemptions.
• CEFR C1+ English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Produce monthly NAV for multiple funds.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and transactions.
• Maintain fund books and records.
• Independently transition NAV processes in-house.
• Support month-end close and internal reporting.
• Process AP/AR for management company.
• Prepare investor reporting and respond to LP inquiries.
• Assist with new fund launches.
• Coordinate investor communications during US Eastern hours.
