Inviso Corporation is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure M365 solutions from a remote location in Mexico. The role requires client-facing delivery, strong expertise in Zero Trust, and experience in MSP environments.

You will lead migrations, design secure architectures across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and Azure services. Strong automation with PowerShell/Power Automate is essential.

Formación

• 6+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting or MSP experience.
• Strong expertise in M365 architecture, security, compliance, and automation.
• Excellent written communication.
• Confident when presenting to clients; explains technical concepts clearly.
• Strong independent problem-solving and project ownership.
• PowerShell and Power Automate automation; SharePoint governance and migration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts.
• Serve as the client-facing technical lead: run working sessions and translate technical details for clients.
• Draft clear customer communications — status updates and recommendations.
• Design, deploy, and support secure Zero Trust–aligned M365 architectures and services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Purview).
• Design and support Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365 environments (Nerdio-managed estates).
• Automate with PowerShell/Power Automate; govern SharePoint solutions.
• Manage identity and access controls and M365 governance.
• Monitor and administer M365 using security/compliance/admin centers.
• Collaborate with security/infrastructure teams to integrate M365 with cloud/on-prem.
• Maintain work items in Azure DevOps or similar system.
• Ensure environments are secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
• Document cloud architectures, processes, and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and support requests.
• Identify opportunities to adopt new services and improve productivity.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing.
