Remote in Guadalajara – Must reside in Guadalajara area and be willing to work 3 days in office / 2 days at home.

Must have C2 level of English fluency.

Inviso works closely with Microsoft to support the customer cloud journey across segments and industries, helping customers adopt Cloud Security and Modern Workplace by assessing current IT security tools, aligning to business priorities, and providing expertise in Microsoft technologies.

This role is part of Microsoft’s US Technology & Services Center and sits within the US Solution Assessment organization. It works with customers to navigate their IT estates and provide consultative business insights into Cloud Security and Modern Workplace, enabling customers to understand and manage their infrastructure, optimize their current estate, and plan strategic cloud security adoption.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Conduct workshop-based questionnaires to gather data on current security tools and practices.
• Analysis: Complete analysis of the data, identify key insights, and create an Executive Summary Assessment Report.
• Technical/Consultative Discussions: Drive security and Microsoft 365 focused digital‑transformation conversations aligned to customer priorities.
• Presentation: Present key insights and actionable recommendations in an Executive Summary to relevant customers (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft field stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2‑3 years of practical experience in the extended Microsoft ecosystem (as FTE, vendor, partner, or other Microsoft solution engagement), with background in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting around Microsoft Security solutions (especially within the M365 stack or other end‑user security solutions; Azure security experience is also desired).
• Ability to engage in technical/data‑driven as well as business‑focused conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple, complex projects concurrently.
• Full professional fluency in English (C2), with all role‑related communications in English.

Additional Desirable Experience

• Broader project/customer engagement management experience.
• Presales/Solution Definition: Ability to understand customer business and technical requirements, assess options, recommend solutions, and provide data‑driven justifications.
