Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Engineering, Analytics, Tech Operations, or Marketing Technologist role, leading technical programs across cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable platforms and services.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases required; Python or other programming languages preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL tools, cloud services (AWS s3 and lambda), and API integrations.
• Nice to have: experience with marketing platforms (CDP, ESP, Google/Facebook APIs) and CRM tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or similar field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in configuring the Customer Data Platform and other marketing systems to enable centralized data management and power campaigns.
• Drive the marketing technology roadmap by onboarding new platforms, including requirements definition, solution design, testing and training.
• Shape MarTech systems design and contribute to technical architecture discussions for a scalable, secure tech stack.
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications and identify data needs for personalized customer experiences.
• Build integrations between systems and APIs, write queries to transform data, and develop ETLs to federate data to channels.
• Develop and utilize AI tools to automate processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to implement detailed technical project plans.
