The Ward Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate to negotiate hospital liens and medical balances, helping move settled cases toward disbursement. Requirements include 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury reductions experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and ability to work remotely with Litify familiarity.

Formación

• Two years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience in a U.S. law firm.
• Direct experience negotiating with hospitals/medical providers and balancing negotiations with results.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume reductions caseload from balance verification to closing coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical balances under attorney supervision and firm procedures.
• Review medical bills and verify balances; obtain supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up, and obtain written confirmations of negotiated agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of balances, negotiations, agreements, and case status in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to resolve items and prepare files for settlement disbursement.
• Meet negotiated reduction targets, turnaround times, productivity, and accuracy.
• Refer legal questions to the appropriate attorney.
