BairesDev is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Python) to spearhead the design and optimization of robust data pipelines while guiding engineering talent to deliver high-quality data solutions.

You will act as a technical champion, mentor a team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements with scalable backend architecture. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Python Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in workflow orchestration using Temporal, Airflow, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and data extraction.
• Experience with data pipeline design and migration using tools like Talend or Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability in team mentoring and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, construct, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion and transformation processes.
• Architect and manage complex workflow orchestration systems to streamline data processing workflows.
