Job summary

The role involves conducting secure telehealth sessions and building long-term therapeutic relationships with clients, while considering social and practical factors affecting wellbeing. The ideal candidate holds an active Colorado LCSW, an MSW, and experience in clinical therapy, crisis protocols, and telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license as LCSW (in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Experience providing clinical therapy services (telehealth welcome).
• Knowledge of crisis protocols, screening, and referral pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical history.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
• Support clients with coping strategies, behavior change, and day-to-day stability.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Identify when additional services or community resources may be helpful.
