Lyra Health is seeking an Affiliate clinician to manage your own clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis, providing short-term counselling to employees and their dependents referred by Lyra’s global corporate clients.

You will maintain full autonomy over your practice, choose your hours and case volumes, and use Lyra’s secure platform, with access to training and resources (CE courses approved by APA, ASWB, NBCC).

Qualificações

• Education: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registration: Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Modality: Short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).
• Tech Setup: A secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.

Role Overview

As an Affiliate, you will manage your own clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis. You
will accept cases referred by Lyra’s global corporate clients, providing short-term, goal-oriented
counselling to employees and their dependents. You will maintain full autonomy over your
practice, choosing your own hours and case volumes while benefiting from Lyra’s clinical tools,
administrative support, and professional training.

• Clinical Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, short-term counselling (typically 1 to 8
  sessions per case) to corporate employees and their families facing stress, burnout,
  grief, relationship challenges, or mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Utilise evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive
  Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Acceptance and
  Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to an EAP context.
• Administrative Compliance: Use Lyra's secure digital platform to manage scheduling,
  case notes, and global data privacy compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or
  Clinical Social Work
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registration: Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical
  social worker.
• Modality: Proven experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).
  Psychoanalytic backgrounds are welcome, but you must be able to practice brief, structured
  interventions.
• Tech Setup: A secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.
