Qualifications

• Licensed counseling credential in Mexico required.
• English conversational level for onboarding and interviews.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below).
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience; telehealth competent.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling via hybrid remote and in-person sessions for adults and potentially minors.
• Treat clients following evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).
• Maintain a calendar of availability and timely case documentation in the scheduling system.
• Collaborate with provider support and clinical care navigators as needed.
• Provide culturally competent care upholding diversity and inclusion.
