Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an Affiliate clinician to manage your own clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis, providing short-term counselling to employees and their dependents referred by Lyra’s global corporate clients.

You will maintain full autonomy over your practice, choose your hours and case volumes, and use Lyra’s secure platform, with access to training and resources (CE courses approved by APA, ASWB, NBCC).

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registration: Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Modality: Short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).
• Tech Setup: A secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, short-term counselling to corporate employees and their families.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Utilise CBT, SFBT, or ACT in an EAP context.
• Administrative Compliance: Use Lyra's platform to manage scheduling, case notes, and data privacy.
