Job summary

At BairesDev, a Jr M&A Analyst position is available for candidates who will support the corporate development team in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You’ll assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and market research while developing skills in corporate finance and strategic analysis under guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in finance, corporate development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Familiarity with financial statements and analysis.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis and valuation of target companies.
