THE/STUDIO is a fully remote, global company building platforms for product creation. We seek a junior Influencer Marketing & UGC Coordinator to own creator outreach and pipeline management.

You will handle high-volume outreach, research, follow-ups, and end-to-end campaign coordination, collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to drive partnerships. Entry-level candidates are welcome; love for creator culture is a must.

Formación

• Deep understanding of Instagram/TikTok and creator culture.
• Ability to evaluate creator quality beyond follower counts.
• Highly organized with proactive outreach and follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Creator Discovery & Vetting: identify relevant creators across platforms.
• Outreach & Pipeline Management: personalized outreach and CRM updates.
• End-to-End Campaign Coordination: manage from briefing to publication.
• Creator Enablement: ensure briefs, tags, and deliverables are clear.
• Tracking & Reporting: monitor volume, responses, partnerships, and content performance.
