Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer and creator partnerships for a fast-growing DTC brand. This role drives growth through scalable creator programs and measurable business results.

You will identify high-performing creators, build long-term relationships, coach influencers to create high-converting content, and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, engagement, conversions, and revenue. This is a fully remote role with a competitive USD salary.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven experience delivering measurable results for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing influencers at scale.
• Experience negotiating influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and recruit influencers who align with the brand and audience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Manage influencer relationships from outreach to campaign execution and ongoing comms.
• Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation with creators.
• Coach influencers on content direction, messaging, and best practices.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize partnerships based on KPIs (ROAS, engagement, conversions).
• Develop long-term relationships with top creators to scale partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
