Tidal is hiring a UGC Program Manager to oversee creator seeding and end-to-end UGC programs for a small portfolio of consumer brands. You will source creators, manage briefs, timelines, usage rights, and content delivery, while coordinating with video editors to produce publishable assets.

You will serve as the day-to-day program owner for 2–3 brands, maintain client communications, track metrics, and build scalable workflows and templates to run multiple programs with minimal oversight.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UGC or influencer marketing roles.
• Experience managing creator programs from sourcing to reporting.
• Strong knowledge of product gifting, briefs, and rights for creator content.
• Experience juggling multiple brands or accounts with high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify creators fitting brand audience and objectives.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort coordinating with creative teams and editors for multi-channel use.

Responsabilidades

• Own creator seeding and UGC programs end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, briefs, timelines, usage rights, and delivery.
• Build a pipeline of creators aligned with each brand’s audience and campaign priorities.
• Manage creator relationships and track outreach, shipments, deliverables, and content status.
• Review incoming creator content for quality and brand alignment; coordinate with editors to finalize assets.
• Serve as day-to-day client-facing owner for ~2–3 brands with clear progress updates and reporting.
• Translate content needs into actionable briefs and sourcing plans with internal teams.
• Track activity, response rates, content delivery, asset volume, and program metrics.
• Develop scalable workflows, trackers, templates, and documentation for multiple programs.
