Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare customs and internal documents accurately with guidance.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Contact clients or other brokers to request additional documents or information.
• Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources.
• Trace shipments and set up pre-arrivals at Customs.
• Escalate and report issues to Team Leader.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
