Reach Digital is a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. We are a true growth partner, integrating with brands as part of their marketing team.

As a Creative Strategist, you own the creative end-to-end: research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs that editors execute, working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience is required.
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and bring concepts to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance and brainstorm ad angles and hooks; write briefs weekly for editing team.
• Own the creative strategy for partner brands with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and policy changes; translate into testable concepts.
• Work with 3–5 brand partners at a time to develop new winning ads.
