Jobsity is seeking an Expert Jira Administrator to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Jira environment for one of our clients. This hands-on, highly autonomous role translates functional requirements into scalable Jira solutions while mentoring the client’s Scrum Master.

You will build and configure a complete Jira environment from scratch, design workflows, permissions, screen schemes, timesheets, dashboards and reporting, and provide clear progress updates to client stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience.
• 4+ years of professional Scrum experience.
• Experience building or significantly redesigning Jira environments end to end.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, screen schemes, time tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency—C1 or higher.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and serve as a consultative expert, not only as an order taker.
• Experience teaching or mentoring others on Jira and Scrum processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and configure a complete Jira environment from scratch.
• Design workflows, permissions, screen schemes, timesheets, dashboards, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Jira solutions.
• Proactively challenge requirements and recommend better approaches when needed.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide real-time guidance.
• Mentor the client’s Scrum Master on Jira administration and Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Provide clear progress updates and communicate directly with client stakeholders.
