Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, business admin, supply chain or related field.
6+ years in IT procurement, tech sourcing, or vendor management.
Proven track record negotiating and managing complex IT contracts.
Strong understanding of current IT trends and vendor ecosystem.
Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
Experience working in a fully remote capacity is essential.
Familiarity with IT procurement best practices and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the IT procurement strategy including hardware, software, cloud, and services.
Lead negotiations for complex technology contracts and licenses.
Manage relationships with key IT vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
Collaborate with IT leadership and other departments to define technology needs.
Drive cost optimization and value creation within IT spend.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor IT market trends and vendor landscape.
Manage the procurement budget and report spend and savings.
Oversee the procurement process from requisition to implementation.
