- Proven success delivering value through procurement strategies.
- Strong negotiation and management of high-stakes contracts.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience leading remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key spend categories.
- Identify and onboard strategic global suppliers aligned with business goals.
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with favorable terms.
- Manage a comprehensive SRM program to drive performance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and finance to align strategies.
- Implement best practices using data analytics and technology.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a remote procurement team.
