Uptalent Dot I O is seeking a senior Investor Relations professional to lead relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, support fundraising, and expand the firm’s brand presence in the real estate sector. You will report directly to the Founder and manage investor communications, CRM data, and outbound campaigns.

The role requires 5–7 years in investor relations or related financial services, strong English communication, and discreet handling of confidential information.

Formación

• 5–7 years in investor relations, private equity fundraising, or financial services.
• Proven success engaging high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot) and familiarity with outbound communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal business English.
• Discreet, professional, and meticulous with confidential information.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Bonus: prior exposure to real estate investments or alternative assets.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach and lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter; research investors; craft personalized messaging; schedule introductory calls.
• Investor pipeline management in CRM; track follow-ups and campaign performance.
• Investor communications: prep calls notes, follow-ups, deal summaries, pitch materials.
• Social media and network engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter; support campaigns around live offerings, webinars, and investor content.
