Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials and support the Supply Chain objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions while ensuring policy compliance and continuous process improvements.

Formación

University degree in related field with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, PRISM)
Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes (RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract oversight)
Advanced proficiency in English
Preferred: strong communication skills and experience with Lean principles in procurement

Responsabilidades

Execute procurement processes (RFPs, supplier negotiations, PO management) aligned to organizational objectives
Respond to client inquiries on order status, changes, or cancellations
Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services with compliance
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance; resolve delays, shortages, or quality issues
Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data for cost optimization and strategic decisions
