Collins Aerospace seeks a Procurement Professional to manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement aligned with Supply Chain objectives.

The role involves RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract oversight, and performance monitoring, with English proficiency required and opportunities to drive process improvements in aerospace procurement.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• An advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience is also acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, PRISM).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes (RFPs, negotiations, contracts).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires aUniversityDegree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering,Logisticsor a related fieldwith a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience

• Minimum 3 years of experiencewith SAP procurement software or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a supply chain or procurement environment,including: Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM

• Minimum 3 years ofexperience managingend-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs (RequestforProposal), supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.

• Advancedproficiencyin English

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.

• Experience analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving delivery issues.

• Experience with SAP (Procurement functions, MRP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects).

• Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in procurement and supply chain processes.

• Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, with a focus on ensuring compliance.
