RemoteJobsOne in Mexico offers a fully remote, part-time In-House Counsel role focused on technology transactions and AI-driven contract review. Ideal for seasoned lawyers who draft, review, negotiate MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.

You will help train and evaluate AI models, provide expert feedback on contract language, and collaborate with product and research teams. Competitive task-based compensation paid hourly.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback.
• Proven ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
