Jobgether is seeking a Technical Services Engineer based in Mexico to provide high-quality support in healthcare IT. You will troubleshoot complex issues, implement solutions, and collaborate across IT, Product, and Engineering teams to improve service delivery.

Your role involves hands-on support, client communication, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and IT policies. On-call shifts may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years IT support or technical services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical contact for users; coordinate issue resolution.
• Lead client projects from kickoff to completion.
• Provide second-level support for healthcare IT systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed incident records and knowledge base contributions.
• Participate in on-call schedules as needed.
