Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Healthcare Data Scientist based in Mexico to apply advanced data science and AI to healthcare program integrity. You will analyze large Medicare and Medicaid claims, build ML models, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

The role involves generative AI, agent-based systems, and modern tools like LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to drive meaningful impact in healthcare analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• 2+ years analyzing Medicare/Medicaid data and healthcare claims.
• Proficiency in Python or R with data-science ecosystems.
• SQL and modern data platforms knowledge (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark).
• Experience with generative AI tools (LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers).
• Strong statistics, ML fundamentals, and model evaluation understanding.
• Ability to lead analytical work independently and communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Analyze Medicare and Medicaid claims using stats, ML, and advanced analytics to identify trends and potential fraud.
• Develop generative AI and agent-based solutions to strengthen detection and improve processes.
• Build predictive and anomaly detection models for program integrity and efficiency.
• Apply CMS data with AI/ML methods including LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
• Perform feature engineering, thresholding, validation, and train/test methodologies.
• Create data visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to additional analytics and AI initiatives as needed.
