Tidal is seeking a Senior DTC Creative Strategist for a fast-growing eCommerce brand. You will own performance creative strategy end-to-end, turning customer insights into native, high-converting direct-response concepts that scale.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in US/UK/ANZ DTC roles, proven native ad development, and experience managing significant paid-social spend. Remote work with overlap during US hours is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of directly relevant experience with US, Canadian, UK, or Australian DTC brands in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to develop native, UGC-style Meta ads from customer insights.
• Experience supporting or owning creative with $500K–$1M+ total paid-social spend.
• Strong direct-response copywriting with excellent written English.
• Advanced proficiency with Claude and other AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta creative strategy across native, organic, UGC-style direct-response ads.
• Use customer insights and campaign data to identify opportunities and inform the next round of creative.
• Build and manage a high-volume testing roadmap across concepts, formats, and variations.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and other signals to guide testing decisions.
• Write polished copy and brief creators, designers, editors, and partners.
• Maintain high production standards and review messaging for clarity and impact.
• Stay current on DTC trends and AI-assisted research to improve efficiency.
• Improve creative systems, reporting, and workflows as the brand grows.
