RemoteFetch, a US-based agency, is seeking a Marketing Manager to work remotely from Mexico. You will be assigned to US-based small businesses, leading strategic marketing initiatives and multi-channel campaigns.

Expect ongoing coaching, exposure to AI tools, and cross-industry projects while collaborating with a distributed team. You will craft data-driven strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize landing pages, emails, and content.

Formación

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, not just executing tasks.
• Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced English writing, speaking and comprehension.
• Fast home internet and a personal computer.
• Comfortable using AI and building automations.
• Highly organized with strong project and time management.
• Strong communicator able to interact with US business owners.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and managing marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Evaluating marketing performance and advising where to invest, improve, or pivot.
• Managing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinating with outside vendors and agencies when applicable.
• Managing landing pages, funnels, and marketing automations.
• Planning and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Overseeing content strategy, including blogs, social media, and lead magnets.
• Managing or supporting paid advertising across platforms.
• Using AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency.
• Tracking KPIs and presenting insights and recommendations.
• Prioritizing projects based on business impact.
• Occasionally creating or reviewing marketing assets like graphics and videos.
