Job summary

Growth Agency, a partner in Mexico, seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer to lead paid advertising for DTC eCommerce brands worldwide. You will own planning, budgeting, execution, testing, and optimization to drive sustainable profit and measurable outcomes.

Expect accountability, independent decision-making, and collaboration with experienced professionals. You’ll manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max, optimize feeds, and run structured experiments to grow

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of profit-focused advertising strategies, beyond vanity metrics.
• Experience with Google Ads formats: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Curiosity about technical advertising aspects: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, and client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies focusing on sustainable profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Google Ads formats (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax).
• Optimize product feeds with the feed management specialist to improve efficiency.
• Conduct testing of ad copy and creatives; implement structured testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance beyond on-platform metrics and translate insights into actions.
