Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC in the remote-friendly market seeks an end-to-end marketer who owns 4–6 DTC accounts from research to landing pages. You’ll be the client contact, writer of briefs and scripts, and lead the creative direction with editors and designers.

You must be AI-native, use Claude or similar daily, craft direct response copy in English, and defend your decisions with data. You will work across brands with real budgets and US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience buying media for DTC/eCommerce with measurable CPA/ROAS.
AI-native marketer who uses Claude or equivalent daily.
Native or near-native English writing for direct response.
Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Ability to own end-to-end campaigns from research to landing pages.
Familiar with building landing pages and briefs.

Responsibilities

Own 4–6 DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
Develop briefs and scripts; lead editors and designers.
Write and test landing pages built in Claude Code and deployed via Vercel.
Research audiences, reviews, and competitors to craft angles.
Ship 8–10 new ad launches weekly in batches.
Report on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS; defend attribution plan.
