Jobgether in Mexico seeks a DevOps + Go Platform Engineer to help build an internal developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem across multiple products. This hands-on role blends infrastructure engineering with practical Go development to improve deployment reliability, operations, and the developer experience.

You will work across Kubernetes-based environments, on-premise systems, Windows/Hyper-V, and cloud or hybrid deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP, modernizing deployment tools and driving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DevOps or Platform Engineering at senior level.
• Hands-on with on-premise infrastructure and hardware issues.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Go development experience for tools or backend services.
• Strong Linux admin and troubleshooting skills.
• IaC with Terraform and configuration with Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Improve infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and refactor internal platform tools in Go, including deployment system replacement.
• Investigate environments, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Optimize staging and ephemeral environments for performance and cost.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Enhance observability with Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus, etc.
• Support operations and troubleshoot as part of a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, SRE, and infra teams to streamline delivery.
• Work with both modern stacks and legacy Windows/Hyper-V systems.
