BairesDev is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to architect and build advanced AI systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution. You will connect foundational generative AI models with orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions across business workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in Software or AI Engineering, proven expertise in generative AI applications, and strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks. English proficiency is essential.

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate continuous perceive-plan-act-reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
