BairesDev in Mexico offers a fully remote Agentic AI Engineer (Python) role, designing and building intelligent software that connects language models with workflows. You will shape scalable architectures and autonomous agents to deliver enterprise-ready AI solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software or AI engineering, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with agentic frameworks. Excellent English and the ability to collaborate across global teams are essential.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
Proven expertise in Python programming and developing AI applications.
Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
Knowledge of building and deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
