Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
- Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilités
- Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
- Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate continuous perceive-plan-act-reflect loops.
- Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
- Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
- Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with system transparency and cost efficiency.
