Hillcrest Connect Solutions is a remote, full-time Freight Broker role that sources and negotiates freight capacity with carriers and customers. You will manage load tenders, coordinate dispatching, track shipments, and resolve service issues to ensure on-time delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, use technology tools for real-time visibility, and maintain accurate records in line with standards. Remote work with national scope and growth potential.

Formación

• Experience in freight brokerage and securing carrier capacity.
• Strong customer service skills for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Dispatching coordination for loads and on-time pickup/delivery.
• Account management to grow existing accounts and maintain records.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and market dynamics; ability to work remotely.
