Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding and is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner with strong exposure to Forex/CFD, iGaming, FinTech and B2B sales recruitment. The successful candidate will support international clients on a remote, success-based basis.

Role offers fixed term or freelance engagement, remote from Europe, invoice-able, commission per placed candidate, and the opportunity to work across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of FX/CFD, iGaming, FinTech or B2B SaaS recruitment
• Experience recruiting revenue-generating commercial professionals
• Proven international headhunting and direct sourcing ability
• Established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM or MENA
• Ability to evaluate sales achievements, commercial performance and industry experience
• Self-sufficient, proactive and commercially minded

Responsibilities

• Source, headhunt and directly approach candidates for commercial, management and leadership vacancies across international markets
• Screen candidates and evaluate their sales achievements, commercial performance and industry experience
• Deliver high-quality, well-qualified candidates to live vacancies quickly
• Draw on established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM or MENA
• Work independently and proactively across multiple vacancies and markets
